Just head in the direction of the Aurora's thrusters. Look for the huge bulbous cloud that looks weird. Go towards it.
When you get close it turns to land. Circle till you find a beach.

Grab your SeaGlide or Seamoth and head southwest from your lifepod. Look for a gray cloud floating on the surface of the water. Head there. You may already have a beacon for it, you get a message to head there from a crew member.
