Scan the fragments in the kelp forest.

If you've got the Scanner built, you can find Solar Panel fragments around the safe shallows or kept forest areas.

Gotta scan them from abandoned bases to get the blueprint.

You might be able to see two floating black dots in the distance south of the lifepod- that's the floating island, where you can scan a multipurpose room from one of the abandoned Degasi bases there.

It's currently the only way to get that blueprint easily now, but it's something you can do from the get-go, or at least as soon as you've built a scanner. A long swim but worth it in the long run.

Perfect. If you've got a knife as well, that would do wonders, as the Bulbo Trees give a lot of water when consumed; just that you need a knife to collect any.

The Chinese Potatoes near the abandoned base at the beach level of the island should provide well for food, as well. Along with that, I'd recommend taking a bulbo tree seed and chinese potato back with you to your base or life pod, for use later in a planter.
