Not much respawns, and right now what does is not working as intended (fish respawning very slowly if at all). Infinite respawn of things in this game would kill the need to plan how you use resources, build bases, feed yourself, get clean water to drink, etc. So... you aren't getting a list of infinitely respawning resources, because it doesn't exist.
If you want inifinite resources, you can play Creative Mode and never have to worry about collecting, runnning out, eating, drinking, breathing or dying. Just build and explore. In other mdes, you ca use the Dev Console Commands to cheat in what you need. Up to you if you want to use cheats. Nothing wrong if you do, it;s a play-your-own-way kinda game. Google search "Subnautica Wiki" to find the lists of commands and hw to use the console if you want, Or search the discussions using the search box to the right on the main page. There's a ton of threads with requests for console commands in them already.
1. stuff you can put in a growing bed
2. stuff you can put into an aquarium/containment in pairs
3. copper and lithium from sea treaders
4. titanium from salvage
1.- If you can find, scan and get the blueprints to craft the growbeds. And have the resources to craft them.
2. - If you can collect enough resources to build large enough Alien containment, and rooms to build them in, and enough of them, to contimue farming, and remember that they have max capacities and will stop breeding fish and growing plants once reached.
3.- If you know where to find the Sea Treaders, and arelucky enough to always get reources you need from their poop.
4. - Scrap runs out. Titanium from scrap is definitely NOT an infinite source.
It does not.
