Habitat Lights?
How do I turn off my base lights? I wanna see my large fish tank glow in the dark and also when I get my character to bed. I kinda like having that "good-night" feel.

I like this.

I don't think it is an option. At least not that I know of.
Not unless your base is without power. (which is kind of bad since that also means no 'fresh air' in the base)

If such an option to turn interior lights on/off is not in game yet, then it would be a handy and nice feature for the devs to add.

lights in the base - as an indication that it can breathe. and whether or not the light switch inside? Otherwise you'll have somewhere vydvodit information in what is now the state of the base, there is a power source, the light on / off. There are more questions than answers, and like a simple sentence

Like a button in Cyclops to dimmed the internal lights. Its a cool addition to the game.

I could get behind some mood lighting myself. Meanwhile, i'm still getting the bug where my lights won't come on even tho' my base is overpowered. Anyone else?

The devs should add something like "Base modifcation/control station" where you can toggle the lights you can mount on the outside (the ones looking around) and toggle the inside lights. Would be kinda like the cyclops light controls. And a screen to decide the base colors. It could maybe also have a screen to use to see through "cameras" you can make when you get it to mount on the inside/outside your base for security.

If we do get an option for a 'light switch', might as well have it affect entire areas, with bulkhead doors not only stopping flooding, but also breaking the base down into sections, with each section able to have its own light controls.

...and while we're at it, we can also change the habitat color.

I'd rather have it per-room. And if it could have toggle-able lights then it would likely take power to run. I think I'd just want the option to dim a dedicated bedroom's light.

Just slap down a planter pot or two and grow melons next to the bioreactor. Problem (sort of) solved. :p

Baring that, it would be nice if it shut down on its own if the base has solar power that can provide power during the day. Heck, maybe even settings for the bioreactor (and nuclear reactor) to set 'when' it turns on. Such as if power reserves drop below 25%, or power usage exceeds power generation by 50%, or something like that.
