Cyclops Camera Lights
I've set up my Cyclops as a proper mobile base (addad swag) and find it difficult, if not pointless to use the camera system at lower depths. It's much darker than looking out the pilot window. Something that would make the hulking beast a bit more user-friendly would be to have it so cameras, when in use, display a light in the direction they are pointing.

Also, for when this game is released for multiplayer, it'd be cool to have a Cyclops eluminating the area where outside allies are trying to craft.

I agree! I used the feedback system to request the Cyclops camera light too. Would be really useful. The ones on the cockpit are only useful moving forward, but not really up and down.

In addition to the light or instead, they could have night vision mode!

There's already an in-game pattern to be followed here. The seaglide and seamoth both have lights that automatically follow your mouse to light up what you're looking at. Hopefully it wouldn't be much headache for the devs to apply the exact same thing to the cyclops cameras.

I would guess the only issues might be performance related when the camera spotlights cast shadows. Just a guess.

i have also suggested this idea! the external cameras should shine a light in the same direction as they are looking! they are useless in the dark as it is! the cyclops really needs a better sensor suite as it is! sonar, depth finders, camera lights...

On the topic of lights it'd be great if we could alter the color of flood lights, spotlights and even have it so spotlights don't rotate. In my hallowed out island base I'd released a bunch of glowing fish, including Jellyrays, but as I explored on my Seaglide I noticed how much nicer this environment looked with a teal/green light than it does with the yellow/white spotlights I have set up. The teal/green glow just looks more natural and doesn't take away from the glowing plants and fish.
