rebreather helmet
I have the rebreather helmet in inventory, I have 2 oxygen tank giving 105 of air, when I put the rebreather helmet on when switching from the radiation one I dont see any difference in oxygen consumption.

Is it supposed to slow air consumption, recycle it? how does it work and what does it changes?

Usually when you are on depth 0, 100 oxygen means 100 seconds of oxygen. However, the deeper you go, the faster oxygen consumption is, meaning that at a depth of 300 meters, that 100 oxygen is now ~30-ish seconds of actual oxygen.

The way the rebreather works, is by simply put, preventing depth from affecting oxygen consumption. That means that no matter the depth, 1 unit of oxygen always equals to 1 second.
