Two grapples and the upgrade and you're basically underwater spiderman.
The first jet upgrade makes a huge difference.
But then you have a mandatory depth module.
And well, your upgrade options are limited.
Unless you use mods to make your Prawn Suit even more nimble, at which point, whatever.
yes i am using the depth module, the jet, the thermal charger and one inventory upgrade.
two grapples? you mean in both arms? thats a good idea, thank you!
Done right you can use a grapple to slingshot yourself off of ledges and sail though the water only using little bursts of the jets to slow the dessent while the grapple is used to help gain more speed.
Also because I'm lazy and all the other options I could have put there would have meant typing more than three letters.
The Jet Upgrade for the Prawn Suit does not stack.
It's either on or off, no matter how many copies you equip.
And the code that checks this is either using one smaller value for when the Jet Upgrade is missing or another higher value for when it's equipped.
Non-grounded acceleration goes from 0.22 to 0.30 when upgraded.
Jump force goes from 5 to 7 when upgraded.
Underwater thrust power goes from 6.5 to 8.5 when upgraded.
So in summary, there is no purpose to having more than one Jet Upgrade equipped.
So, to help reduce any further confusion on your part next time I (the person typing this) will endever to make any comment like that as two distinctly separate comment instead of trying to save time and include both parts as a single comment to help avoid any more of the english idiosyncrasies that you (the person with the name "Kleiner's final Form") miss took, for reasons that are not hard to understand, in that first comment of mine that started this whole mess.
Ok?
Well. That's a shame. Useful to know, but still a shame.
Which of course someone with a heightened understanding of english grammar has seen, and is now one-upping my feeble mind.
I do get a bit long winded whenever I haven't eaten in over 18 hours. Sorry about that, my bad.
