Otherwise pretty much all mods for this game are found on Nexus mods. So if it's anywhere, it'll be there.
Assuming it's not still being simply worked on and hasn't been released to the public yet.
Went down the rabbit hole. From the youtube video you linked and I found some key words in the video description I put though google.
Found another video talking about the same thing, from that I found a more precise and longer set of keywords from its description I put through google.
This video was found in those results. It's bad news. According to what seems to be an interview with what was one of the people working on it it seems the mod is quite dead at this point.

It's in development a long time and currently either has no release date, but a lot of videos and good implementations (even new animations like the Gargantuan is eating the Sunbeam).

Only current issue is, that the experimental branch is the most stable one (above the actual stable branch) and either offers new additions from BZ.
So I guess these mods wait for a new stable branch. But experimental appears to continue receiving updates and yet there is no time announced for a next stable update.
The problem with experimental is, that no mods work there.

As JC said, work on mods is probably paused pending the new update, since any work done to any of the mods will be rendered obsolete once that stable branch update hits.
That said, it's hardly his fault that the people that had been working on it chose to stop. That's like blaming the annoying advertiser of a book for the author not wanting to write any more of them.
I personally either wanted some additional content and therefore added another one which either shows the new texture of this beast clearly.
Even better, he spawns the Garg in (either juvenile) to check out the length. It's enormous. :O
I really hope this will see a public release at some point.
If someone finds what he does helpful, cool. But when you don't get a real job and decide you're gonna pay your rent off Youtube, you became a click slave. A slave to the system and algorythm, you can't just make any kind of content you want at your pace, you have to churn out content constantly and respect the bad words and throw in getting excitement over nothing constantly with the fake soyjack WOW facial expression.
You can advertise for a book, but just looking isn't driving sales. IGP promotes indie games, by clicking his video and watching his content you are helping him. Not all of his viewers goes out and buys all the games he "promotes"
I don't feel any sympathy for him. He hypes up what he chooses to hype up because he does what he feels he has to to benefit himself. Hype hype hype get those clicks. Gotta pay your rent. Please like and subscribe and ring the bell for notifications and donate to my patreon please.
