Seatruck in the main game?
Could you mabye add the seatruck to the main game, not as like a buildable vehicle but atleast as a spawnable vehicle? I've always wanted the use the seatruck but paying another $20 isn't on my to-do list.

The topic of modding Below Zero content into Subnautica has been discussed several times within the modding community.
It is going to be challenging, to say the least.

There are a couple of rules we try not to break when modding.
One of these rules is the redistribution of original game code or assets.
This is mainly out of respect for the UWE devs (and also the Nexus ToS).

With that rule in mind, we all rather quickly understood that the only way it would be possible to mod Below Zero content of any kind into Subnautica would be to require the player to have both games installed and somehow manage to pull the assets from BZ at runtime and patch them in.
It might be easier to just rip the assets from BZ and load them, but that option is just not on the table.

This idea is nothing short of crazy and may very well be actually impossible as long as the games are running on different Unity engine versions.
Only when Subnautica is finally updated (on the stable branch) to the same Unity engine as Below Zero, can we even begin to tackle this very hard problem.

So yes, the modders are very much aware that this would be an awesome thing to do.
But for right now, we're not sure if we can even get started.
And as long as Below Zero is in Early Access and things are in constant flux, it might not make sense to try.

I hope this explains some of what will make this a very challenging task and that you probably shouldn't expect anything like it to happen soon.

They are not adding any more content to Subnautica.

UW gotta pay the bills, so no truck for you. I'm fine with this - I'll wait until below zero is out of EA before buying though!

That....Is a lot of words. And if I was high I would read them. But I'm not. I'm half asleep.

I suspect (from having read it all) it's about modding the game. This isn't something that bothers me all that much as the last time I modded a game was SupCom.

....Which now I think about it was also the first time I modded a game....
Good times.
