Module Stacking
have come back to Subnautica after almost a year hiatus... can someone plse refresh my memory.

When the wiki says "does not stack" is it refering to the effect doesnt stack? ie: Mk1 + Mk11 does not equal the combined total?

My cyclops is using power at an alarming rate even at idle with the engine off and id like to know if its worth adding another engine efficiency module.... or if 2 makes no difference

When it says it doesn't stack, putting two of the same modules will not make performance better than one (1 efficiency + 1 efficiency will not equal the combined but still be only one module).

For Cyclops: Must have silent running on (Even if the engines are off, silent running will drain power) or added something that is using power (ex: battery charger).

tool batteries are fine, they dont take a ton of power. its power cells that'll kill it since it runs on them xD. i keep a single charge dock available on my cyclops just incase. it beast storing batteries when i can instead just pack more power cells.

though its all moot once you get the thermal charging mods in. sit on top of a thermal vent or in the lava zone and everything stays nice and powered. the power sucking lava slugs can be a bother, thankfully the shield mod bunts all of them off the ship just by turning it on and off.
