Fiber Mesh?

I cut down creep vines but only get old crepvine? How do i get fiber mesh from it? I only got the game yesterday off of the epic games store, sorry if this is just dreadful question

Easy one, Gerry. The fabricator turns 2 of the creepvine samples into fiber mesh,

Like everything else you can't outright find in the game, you make it.

If you're not sure how to get something look in either the PDA (it has a list of all the things you can make) or the fabricator itself (much the same reason).

Also, it goes bad fast. You need to cut it and fabricate it quickly. I usually just cut two at a time on the way back to the fabricator.

You can still make stuff out of it even if it goes bad, there's to time limit on that.
Just don't eat it if it does, that does have a time limit on it.

*Edit* Also don't let your character smoke it. That....Never ends well....
If you think you character did smoke some when you weren't looking, don't worry, you'll know very quickly.

As you find things and pick them up, sometimes new iitems will be added to the fabricator list it can make. When this happens, if you go back to the fabricator, it will have icons on the menu areas that have new items listed. Go to the items, and the will state what you need to make that item.
So, as you play, there will be more things you can make that you don't know about. It is even possible to get blueprints for things that will list out materials you have no idea how to make, and until you find a base element for making that material, it won't be listed.
Also note, anything your fabricator can make, will be listed in your PDA, and hovering over the item will list the components needed.
