Do hull reinforcements stack?
If I put multiple hull reinforcement upgrades on my seamoth, will they stack? I am finding inconsistent information online about this: some sources say no, some yes (and I'm not sure the wiki is up to date since I have found outdated information there before).

Does anyone know for sure?

1. 50% damage

3. 12% damage
4. 6% damage
Also, hull reinforcement does not mitigate all damage, only from collisions with terrain.

They do stack, but they only protect from collision damage (i.e. does not reduce attacks from predators or depth damage). It's hardly worth using one, and definitely not worth sacrificing other slots to use more than one.

They are basically useless, maybe to avoid damaging your seamoth while running over fish.

Ok good to know. Thank you. I have a mod that gives me more upgrade slots - I needed 5 and was actually swapping them out depending on context but it was driving me nuts, so I decided to get a mod to give me an extra slot. It actually gives a lot of slots and I was planning on leaving them empty but wondered if it was worth crafting more hull upgrades. Sounds like not really, unless I craft them just because I can. I didn't realise they only protect from collision damage which makes it a pretty useless upgrade :/
