What I do with ''creature egg''?
I know i can put it on a ''Alien Containment'' to hatch the egg, but, why should i do this?
what will the alien do when it hatches?

It just creates a passive version of the creature to keep as a pet, like you would with any other fish.

If you mean in a practical sense, absolutely nothing. By the time you get it, fish are already useless.

You can keep them as a pet, or stick the fish (or the egg itself) in the bioreactor.

Don't forget to put a cuddle fish egg into the bio reactor.
While it doesn't provide you unlimited energy, the majority of the Subnautica community will think you are a monster. XD

Only two creature eggs don't make passive pets which are the Crabsquid eggs and the Ampeel eggs so if you get any of these eggs and hatch them, make sure to collect the PDA entry from them before sending them to the bioreactor.

Releasing hatched Ampeels in areas with Reaper leviathans is actually a pretty good way to kill them, albeit somewhat slow. Usually 3-4 Ampeels will win out over a leviathan anytime.

You just trade one predator for another so is it worth it?

For sure. Even though you can be harmed if you make contact with them, Ampeels you raised in the ACU will generally ignore you, whereas Reapers will actively hunt you. Ampeels also don't pose much threat to your Seamoth, but Reapers will trash it quickly.

Bioreactor gives more fuel for the living animal. Alternatively, decoration.

A few of them have catch and release uses. Gasopods or predators for defense, or releasing a bunch of stalkers in an area with metal scrap to farm them teeth.

And anyone that knows how to kite a Reaper as well as where they spawn would tell you that you're just wasting your time replacing one predator with a pack of another also no Ampeels and Cragsquids will not ignore you if released they will still attack you the moment they spot you!
