How do I scan the sea emperor? [SPOILERS]
The game seems to not be allowing me to scan her yet I was able to scan her young. Am I supposed to get her information from a data terminal or something?

You can't scan the adult Sea Emperor.

awe that's kind of a disappointment then. I was looking forward to reading what it's data entry would say and I was surprised there's no alien data terminal with it. The closest thing to it is the babies I guess.

They grow up and can be found in the open waters later on.
They become quite big.

Yes, but they give the same entry as scanning the newborns. They get slightly larger, growing to around the size of a Reaper leviathan. But they never get anywhere close to the size of the adult.
