Rescue crew - Spoilers.
Anyone else felt bad when they got blown up? Maybe it was the voice acting that made them sympathetic, but, I actually felt bad for them.

I didn't I expected it to fail, but I thought it would be because there wasn't a bit enough stretch of land lol, when they blew up I was wooooow.

Yeah, I felt that too. The voice acting definitely did make them feel more real.

Also, the little world building moments like him ordering lunch on-mic or how contrite he sounded after realizing what had happened and knowing what a ♥♥♥♥ he had been in his previous message.

I think first message was him complaining how everytime someone asks for assistance they never answer back, after scanning the wrecakge he understood why.

The lunch order conversation is from the Alterra guys when they relay the code to the captain's quarters.

But I agree, I really enjoyed that interaction. The Sunbeam crew was mildly peeved since it was a huge trek and it seems Alterra ships have a habit of wasting people's time over minor issues. But he softens immediately once he gets scans of the debris field.

As for this first post, it is possible to save the Sunbeam crew if you want to rush the game, and I usually find myself doing that now just to avoid having shot down.

... and how there were a dozen other crash survivors that you weren't able to reach before they got eaten by a leviathan.
