What to do after hatching eggs?

So I hatched the eggs for the special bois deep down where spoilers happen and now I'm clueless as to what to do. The wiki makes it seem like I just need to wait a little bit for a cure but then some other people are making it seem like it's some sort of craftable item. Can someone please help me clear my confusion.

If the eggs have hatched, and the kraken has opened the teleporter, then just go through it, and grab the items coming from the babies.

Many thanks, I read that the teleporter lead to the mountains area but I never knew where exactly so I didn't want to go through and get a lovely surprise from a reaper.

You're welcome, as you'll see, the teleporter takes you to the inactive one next to the underwater entrance to the swimming pool in the gun building.

The babies probably dropped a couple of “bubbles” in the location you are at. Touch one. If you don’t see one between the eggs and teleporter, just follow the babies through the teleporter. You can come back through it from the other side. You’ll see the five babies on the other side dropping lots of bubbles before dispersing to five different biomes. Their trips seem to take four or five days. I don’t know if you can just follow one the whole time to it’s destination, or if you need to leave for them to get there. In any event, the little fellas will be A LOT bigger should you come across one again. They stay friendly.
