How the f**k do you move up/down with the Cyclops????
There's absolutely to clue in the entire game whatsoever on how to perform the simple task of moving this sub up and down. I go online to find answers, and there are none to be found.

Seriously? Am I somehow the only person in the world to have this problem or something? There's absolutely no way the entire internet could be in total silence on this topic, when the game itself doesn't do anything to explain how it works.

C and space.
Like normal vertical movement.

space - up
c - down

This makes me laugh... :steamhappy:

No insult intended, I just found it humorous..

This happened to me. I played the whole time up to getting Cyclops without realizing I could actually swim vertically instead of just pointing and moving.

Well, most games have a keybindings option so people normally search there before scouring the internet :p

You could have checked the keyboard or controller bindings in the options menu. :steamfacepalm:

Wow. Wasn't expecting such an immediate reply. Thanks guys!

I wasn't aware there was any such "normal vertical movement" in the game at all, apart from facing up/down and pressing "w" or "s".

Lol. That just seemed too obvious. :P

At least, I'd assumed that the general movement keys that existed in the game must've already been fully known to me, since I'd been going up/down on my own just fine with WASD. From that assumption, I figured there had to be something more specific to the onboard controls of the Cyclops itself, rather than in the keybindings.

Importantly, you'll be moving forward more quickly than just aiming ahead and pressing W. Combine with some strafing movement via A or D, and you'll be able to move at maximum Seamoth speed while not seeing anything of where you're going!

In most games that have 3d movement c is usually down and space is usually up.
