Gtx 1080 running this game in 4k?
I have seen some videos on utube where people show off this game in 4k on 980ti-1080ti.
I tried, but my fps suck. How come some people can max this game in 4k and over 60fps, the 1070 is even blowing my 1080.
Anyone running the game in 4k care to share some info or tips?
the litle time i played i run at 1440p, maxed out plus some antialising via driver etc. Fps is arround 100-120. But since i play on a 60inch 4k monitor the extra pixels is very noticeable, so i would like to run 4k if possible with ok settings.
Tnx for any input. :)

60" and 4k? Overkill IMO. For movie, sure, but not a game.

thats not overkill, its called preference and immersion.

add this to the launch options in steam for this game -window-mode exclusive

keep in mind it will still be a bit wonky running it in a mode (true fullscreen) that the game doesnt support, but you will get the results you want.

this is my gaming pc setup.

win 7 pro 64bit
i7 6850k 6 core @4.0ghz (no overclock)
asus rog strix 1080 AG 8GB ddr5x vram (no overclock)
64GB ram g-skill trident z ddr4 3000mhz (no overclock)
1TB samsung 960 pro nvme m.2 ssd (OS)
1TB samsung 850 pro 2.5 ssd (games)
western digital 4TB gold (storage)

im running every graphics setting for this game on the highest it goes as well.

i get 60fps, with a few drops here and there but averages 60 most of the time, havent tried unlocking my gpu to see if i get higher fps than 60 tho.

i run on a 55in 4k tv, i also have a 50in 1080p tv but i mainly use that on my laptop to surf the web/download and view my own stream, my gaming pc does the streaming/recording while playing games.
