Have you even looked at the specs? Minimum is a HD 4600. So no, it won't run smooth, possible not at all. Stop giving people bad advice.
But regardless of hardware, it's the pop in and clipping that's generally the most common isssue compared to FPS stutter.
Integrated graphics is not recommended for any 3D demanding game.
The answer to his question then is "No it won't run well on integrated graphics".
So because it doesn't run smooth on better hardware you're telling people they are alright trying to run it below minimum specs? Are you daft?
On 4400 you will be getting 20 - 5 all the time.

Dedicated GPU vs Integrated GPU. You just can't compare the 2.
