Keeps telling me I need to build it in deeper water, but how is that possible when the thing that builds it is floating?

Oh ok.. since the other parts showed up in my blueprint list I figured it was finally gonna let me build it.

Think the devs are only letting their own PTs test out the rocket. So asume people are either lying when they say they have built it or that they're one of the PTs.

Move your mobile vehicle bay out of the safe shallows. I moved mine to a place where all the water was at least 100m deep and it processed fine. (fine meaning it took my materials and glitched, which is what will happen until the 23rd)

Same here, I thought it was an underwater rocket like an ICBM but after searching the ocean floor I couldn't find it anywhere. Seems the rocket stuff isn't available yet :(

That's because the devs aren't putting the rocket in until 1.0 and you wouldn't find parts to the rocket anywhere because Alterra sends you the blueprints for them through the captain's communication station in his personal quarters.

i seriously wish the developers had gone with an underwater launch design concept. im pretty disappointed that they didnt and that the thing will be built on the surface
