How do I craft shields for cyclops?

I'am probbly missing something, but I have blueprint to craft and in Wiki it says I need fabricator in cyclops to get icon to craft it, but it doesnt appear... so what do I need to do?

go to the left hand side of the engine room of the Cyclops and you'll find a purpose built fabricator on the wall, craft the Cyclops shield (assuming you have the ingredients) in that and then place it in the upgrade console on the other side of the engine room.

yeah on the center of the wall on the left hand side, its hard to see at first
