Training sea monkeys
So, I was planning where I wanted to build my base when randomly a sea monkey gave me copper, I found it a little strange but I got an idea off of it, taming sea monkeys, this idea involves sea monkeys to continue to steal from you untill you train them, after this, they will no longer steal from you, you could also tell them to stay and follow you, the way you could tame them could maybe by giving certain plants or defending them from certain animals but thats not all too important, I just want to be able to have a proper pet sea monkey

But, there is a little creature you can kind of "train" in Subnautica. You have to find their eggs and grow them then, you can play with them and they learn tricks. I forget what they're called but, there's 5 of them and they're necessary for the end game I think.

No, unfortunately this is not entirely true. Yes, they are there, they are called cuddlefish. No, you can´t train them, but you can play with them though they are not needed to complete the storyline.

Ok, it's been a long time since I played this through. I'm playing again now and couldn't remember for sure. For some reason, I was thinking you had to return them to their mother in the deep cavern area...... or, something to do with getting the cure.....? Not sure why I am remembering / thinking this. Yeah, I realize they're not "trainable" really but, kind of in a way..... in that you can get them to do tricks the more you play with them.

You can't get them to do tricks the more you play with them. They just have a few animations they do when you play with them. There aren't any new added the more you play with them.

They do not need to be brought anywhere at all. You can beat the game without even knowing about them.
He's mistaking the Cuddlefish for Sea Emp juvies.

You don't need to bring those anywhere to beat the game either.

Yeah but, that's what he's meaning. He's confusing bringing the hatching enzyme's to the eggs. It's been a while since he last played
