I think you have two choices. 1. make a new exosuit. 2. abandon it
This last one may not work but you may be able to get it inside a moonpool
Use the console command "warpme"
But then I discovered that you can do a physics "elevator" glitch on the Prawn suit which I used to rescue it from the depths. and its real simple to do.
First I moved it under the area I wanted it to go up into then rotated it so it to face the direction I want it to go when it had enough height. Then exited the prawn. My prawn would do that sitting animation (cause it thought it was on land). Now swim around behind the prawn suit and into the small curve of its lower back. this should wedge you under its upper backpack. Now simply hold spacebar and the character will effortlessly lift the entire prawn suit straight up. depending on where you swim into the back affects how fast you can lift it vertically. do it too low (under the pelvis) and it'll rise far too slowly. While lifting you can spin around and see your progress. once you get enough height face the back and swim into it to slowly push it away from the pit it was in.
This on its own won't fix the actual issues with the prawn's glitched state. but you could use this to push it into an area that would fix it's state.
