Subnautica Below Zero: Multiplayer?
So, I am a large fan of Subnautica as a whole, I got disappointed when the first game got released without Multiplayer privileges. I hope one of you guys, the devs will get to work on this idea, Heck, I'd pay in a crowdfunding campaign to just pay for servers! Hope this will happen! :steamhappy:

We want multiplayer too. It's not possible given our codebase. The mods that make the game multiplayer do so on a technical level, but do not fix the core problems that MP introduces. We would rather give you a great single player experience than take 6 years to make a mediocre multiplayer one.

Short version.
I wouldn't go getting your hopes up. Maybe in the game after BZ.
But until then you have the mod.

Wrong forum for posting and wrong story line. Both Subnautica and Subnautica Below Zero are single player games by design.

I can pretend to be a Dev! "We wanted to make an expansion so you can give us more money, before adding content that is asked for literally so often since the early access release of our game, that we had to make two sticky posts about it, and lock any comments asking or talking about it. Amazing how people think that their post will be the one to show the devs the errors of their ways, and cause thousands of hours and dollars to be wasted by shifting gears. Disappointment is a daily part of life. Get used to it.

agreed i hate how in subnautica theres no multiplayer at least add the ability to pay to play with your friends I WOULD PAY GOSH in all honesty i need to know what the below zero ghost leviathan looks like is it bigger smaller creepier longer or is it a long death trap of like killer peepers xd
