Copper Deposits

So, I just got the prawn suit drill arm, so I want to get all of the large resource deposits. Naturally, I want to get a lot of copper, for I am going through the point where I need a lot of copper. I literally cannot find any large copper deposits. Is this a bug? I checked all but three (i haven't gotten to the lost river, lava zones, or the blood kelp biomes yet)of the biomes that support these deposits. Is this a bug?

I know there's a few that can show up in the mushroom forests. Usually that's the only place I know of that has them before the lost river.

mushroom forest blood kelp zone lost river grassy plateus "i think dunes/crash zone as well not sure" bulb zone and "i think grand reef" are the ones where you find em but want the motherload? mushroom forest/north blood kelp zone thats where you get ALL the copper

Near the giant tree? I've already scanned a massive portion of the northwest forest.

Don't know what to tell you. That's where I always found my copper. There's usually 2 deposits within like 20m of the lifepod itself, and a dozen more in that biome.

I always get them in NE shroom forest. near the mountain, by the end of the kelp. I usually find 3 or them. Plus the alien vent is nearby for golden peepers. Don't forget the fishing pole (Propulsion)
