Food in my cyclops
I've decided to start growing plants in my cyclops. The big square planter was taking up too much space, so I decided to go with a few of the round ones and they work pretty well. They don't jut out into the walkway like the square one and still offer an easy four planting spots. LOL. Now I just need to figure out how to get my cyclops to take a water filtration unit.

Don't listen to anything this zellot troll has to say.

Anyways, grow some Marble Mellons and a Bulbo tree and all your water needs will be met.

Heck, you can also include a coffee machine on tye Cyclops for when you feel like topping up.

Ooh. Now that's an idea. Abyssal Roast.

I just make 3 small plant pots with bulbo trees in them. They grow fast enough that you can rotate eating and replanting them and never worry about food/water ever again.

I put the square growbed behind the floor hatch, that you use to get in the seamoth or prawn. Melons and a potato plant. There is an area there that is level and big enough to walk on each side. I also have two round pots at the front of that room, with a bulbo tree and a lanternfruit tree. That is all I need to stay healthy.

No need for the interior growbed in your Cyclops, it's too big.....I just use a few of the small plant pots, they will give you more then enough for your food and water needs.

Stock up on disinfected water by making bleach using salt and tube coral. You can store extra bottles on your in your storage lockers onboard for later use on your person, seamoth or Prawn when out and about exploring...... oh yea and the coffe machine, don't forget the coffee machine.

Good choise witht the four smaller ones. To get water, just grow plants with high water.

Adding a chair in there will, if you need to look though the PDA, let you do so without your food/water draining while you are sitting on it (turns out the humble chair does have a use in the game).

For normal water, just build a filter or two (if you have the power) and keep emptying them when you get more water to load it into the cyclops. Though most of the time if you remember to use the planst you shouldn't need to use your stores much, if ever.

Lol. Water is just for extended trip away from cyclop. Bring a bottle when long mining trip.

But since when will that happen. Almost never once u have cyclops.

I don't need to mess around with bleach anymore. One of my bases has a water filtration unit, and it's just one. It has two bottles waiting for me every time I come back from exploring that gives me 50 hydration each. I guess I could probably use the extracted salt to create a stock of cured fish to shove in my cyclops' locker.
