F8 not working for mouse cursor
I'm trying to enable the console from the F3 menu. F8 won't respond with either the Fn or Shift key. Any way to work around this by editing a config file?

maybe it's bound to another function.
It's the "developer feedback" one.
Does the F3 even work ?

F3 works. Just like the other menus when pressing F1 etc.

Then check if there is a binding for the developer feedback one. It might have been changed.
It is usually displayed when launching a new game.
