Lock blueprint command not working! Help!

I went into creative mode trying to get out of phototour. Now I have every blueprint unlocked after doing so(yes, I got out of the phototour). I searched up how to fix this, and everyone says to do the lock command. I've also tried typing blueprints in various ways, and none have worked. My inventory is also full with 3 scanners, 4 repair tools, 4 habitat builders, along with other things(items I had before, but not multiplied, I don't think). Originally I only had 1 of each, probably not all in my inventory, either! The lock command hasn't been working at all; please help. I've spent 8 hours on this save, and really don't want to start again.
