Stacking multi purpose rooms?
I don't understand what im doing wrong. No matter if the room is empty or what it wont connect the two rooms. Ive tried inside, outside, putting it above and below. it just wont connect them vertically

LOL properly threadjacked...

This had me confused for a few seconds my first time building Multi Purpose Rooms.

Place the first room, the second room goes on top of the first, BUT, when you position room 2's ghost view, you must move it all the way down, until it's legs disappear into the room below it. It sort of looks wrong, but that's how it rolls.

Then get back into lower room and place a ladder against the ceiling to link to the room above. Ladders can only be placed on the part of the M.P.R ceiling that has a rectangular hatch looking texture that says locked. it won't build on / through the triangular part of the texture

Just upload a screenshot to steam and post the link here (pretty sure f12 is the screenshot key by default)

F11 is the subnautica screenshot default key, f12 is for steam

This is the default setting on Steam.
...
That is not the steam default screenshot key
That is the subnautica default screenshot

That's the key he needs to use when in game SN on Steam...not F12

F12 would take a screenshot as well and when he exits subnautica, a helpful pop-up menu would make it much easier to upload his screenshots
Why do you try and argue about something you clearly know nothing about?
DieselCat Oct 27, 2018 @ 3:34pm
Using F11 is the proper and easiest way to screenshot in game and upload to saved screen shots in Steam where it can be easly copied and pasted into a post here...Guess I'm arguing with someone I suppose...

But the has gone ooff topic and isn't helping OP'er.

F12 is both faster and easier, since you don't have to move any files
F11 is only for pictures in subnautica, to be uploaded onto picture frames or included in time capsules.
