Multipurpose Room, Alien rifle..

Ok, so i was told that the pieces for the mp room can be found on the island where you had to meet the rescue ship. So I am there, found some nice things like diamonds and lithium. Managed to get inside the alien structure, got to end and couldnt do anything cuz i am infected?

Found an alien rifle in some sort of display case, i want it but dont know how to get it :(. Can't find any pieces for the mp room however.

Any help on where these pieces are exactly, and how, if possible, to get the rifle would be appreciated.

One tip that i always tell new players is this. When your radio sends you somewhere make sure to explore the surrounding area i would say in at least a 150m radius. Sunbeam radio message sends you to gun island where you see an obvious alien structure and the natural island. So in this case you'd explore the alien building and also the rest of the island which you'll find has tunnels.

So pretty much treat other radio calls or PDA missions the same way. You need to go check on a nother lifepod that landed nearby then look at the pod, the area immediately outside of it BUT also look at the surrounding area. Are there big aurora wrecks nearby? schematics? underwater cave entrances? new flora/fauna that you can scan?

SPOILER! Faster way to the other island

If you find yourself on the rescue island with the alien building, you can find an ion cube. That Ion Cube can power the portal in the caves at that island and send you to the other island with the observatory, rather than swimming roughly 1900m

Thx but I managed to find the other island, didnt see any portal there tho.. Still, I got the parts for mp room and the planters. Now I just gotta work out the best things to put IN the planters...

The portal is in caves. Search for cave enterances and keep going until you find a portal. Also, I recommend looking in the Mountain Island (the one with the giant gun) for the portal, since that's the only place you can activate it.

For outdoor you could use them for Gel Sacs to power your Bio Reactors. For Indoors the Marblemelons which provides you with food and water when you consume them.

indoors primary food is melons. outdoors gel sacks blood oil and deepshrooms . also creepvine for free outdoor lighting

Sounds good guys..Some of those plants I don't know of yet. Marblemelons were on that island, I did pick one but was rotten whaen I got back, . With the bioreactor, I cant get it to build. I try placing it in the mp room but cant get it to go "green" so I ca build it.

with plants as seeds rotting doesnt matter. plant them anyways

at nite if you leave your scanner or water filtration running it will
easiest place for gel sacks is around the big tree next to lifepod 13. theres 5 there and a special egg in a small cave in the tree ;). save a lot lol
