How/where do I find the "reciepe" for the Seaglide ?

In Safe Shallows and Kelp Forest, in those "crates". Near debris and small wrecks as well.
The first lifepod you discover via the radio also has a fragment.

Make sure you build a Scanner tool and scan everything you can.
This will be your primary way of getting new blueprints / recipes.

In the safe shallows (starting area) while exploring you will find piles of wreckage and random boxes just laying on the ground, if you have the Scanner tool you can can the seaglide fragments within thise boxes, but some boxes are empty

Already been to ine pod, dont remember finding any parts there. I have seen crayes around but can't do anything with them.. I don't have the scanner so I am guessing that is the problem. Will see if I can build one. Do you find or make batteries?

To make batteries, you need acid mushrooms, which you can pick off the ground in Safe Shallows, and copper ore, which is pretty common in outcrops, those little "rocks" you can break off on walls.
You can also find batteries, but it's pretty uncommon. I recommend crafting them.
EDIT : the parts are not in the pod, they are parts you scan and are scattered around the pod. You'll only find one though.

You need to make batteries, there easy to make. I’d suggest making a couple just incase you need an extra.

Yeah I figured the batteries out, thx :). Trying to name my little floating lockers but can't get past the first letter..

Guys he only has half of the blueprint. Ingredients on known me and you have to scan around for another seaglide fragment. Even if you know the recipe which I do obviously you cannot make it until you actually have the blueprint

You will usually find multiple seaglide fragments in crates within 150 M diameter of Your Life pod
