Farming Blood Vine
So how do I extract seeds/spores from Blood Oil sacs? The usual 'Hack it with a thermoblade' doesn't seem to work.

I want to plant them in a grow bed or alien containment.

Google/Reddit says you can plant the blood oil sacs themselves, but I haven't tried myself.

Build a base near 'em?

As the guy above said, you can plant them directly, there is no seed to get.

Same with the creepvine sacs.

Planting seeds or the actual items makes no difference so for the stuff you can't hack just plant the item. The only exception I've seen is creepvine. If you plant fibers they will grow but sprout no seed clusters but if you plant the seed they will.

I did not know the vines were plantable and produced no seeds! This is perfect! I can further customize my garden now!

Well, generally if you hit them with a knife and no seed comes out, you can plant them directly.

My knowledge of the vines extends only to 'pathfinder tool' and 'fiber mesh' xD
