Prawn Suit Torpedo Arm location?

I've explored all (I think) the major wrecks, even the Blood Kelp one while dodging giant squid-crabs and a Ghost Leviathan but found 8 fragments for the Grappling Arm and 4 for the Drill Arm that I already had.
Is there a "fixed" place where to find it, like the Prawn Suit fragments on the Aurora?

I often found it near one the life pods uhm I think the pod that's sunk below 300M for officer Keen

Found both in sparseReef at -785.1, -211.4, -730.9. I'm pretty sure it wasn't there the last time i was there.
