Can't find last light stick fragment

As topic say , i think i founded the one near degasi base but im getting trouble to the second fragment, i ve found almost all blueprints from reincorced suite to the heat converter for cyclope but really cant find the last piece of light stick , any hint ?
On web they say around mountains but well didnt find any :\

Light sticks are literally everywhere. Almost every large wreck I go to, there are some either inside or strewn around the outside. The Grassy Plateau wrecks should have light stick fragments. They're quite thin and easy to miss so look out for the scanner prompt when looking around.

Note: I find Light Sticks better than flashlights for lighting a place up and they're deployable. Carry one with you, and it's a flashlight.Stick it down, it becomes a beacon.

they can be tucked in to corners in wrecks, can be hard to see sometimes as there quite thin, unless the lighting is bright, or you have your own light source you'll miss it, you need 2 frags to be able to craft your own. good for making runways for Seamoths in bases with low lighting around them

I use them to mark wrecks I've explored. Helps prevent me from wasting time checking a wreck out if I see a lightstick shining bright.
