Do River Prowlers have eggs?

Well, I will say I don't know the answer to your immediate problem.

HOWEVER

They say reefback eggs don't exist. But they do. The only thing is, the only way to get them is doing /give {insert}

Perhaps the same goes for River Prowlers?

very true. but with the debug you can put a baby sea emperor in an alien containment tank. it will despawn after a while though.
