Need help progressing the story (SPOILERS)

So i just finished freeing the leviathans or whatever they are called and disabled the alien turret which im guessin needs to be done so i can leave the planet.
My problem is i didnt receive a radio call or anything to lead me to a place with blueprints for a rocket or anything, ever since i went to the lost river the radio stopped.

All i have is a bluepring for neptune launch platform, so how do i progress with the story did i do something wrong or it bugged out?

Build the platform, the rocket schemes are there.

Build the launch platform. Once you complete it, you then get the recipe for the first stage of the rocket, complete that to get the next stage and repeat until done. Suspect the devs might have rushed the end game content a little too much.

Ah i thought that might be the case that i should build the platform first then ask questions if nothing happens :D
