Leviathan Egg in Alien Containment Thingy

I'm just curious, because I built my first Alien Containment thingy... Is it possible to find a Leviathan Egg and hatch it in there? Especially a Ghost Leviathan Egg? That'd be really cool!

Also wondering, just out of curiosity, why in the world would the hatch be on the SIDE of the thingy? I walked around the top, frustrated, for like 20 minutes trying to figure out what I was doing wrong until I tried the side. That worked fine, but wouldn't the water spill out every time, along with the fish?

Lastly... is it safe to enter the ACT if there are predators in there? I know the loggy thing said they would sometimes be more docile, but I'd rather not risk it since I've got some big bads in there.

No Leviathan eggs. Fauna in the containment will not attack you or herbivors in the containment.

Ghost Leviathan eggs are seen on the big tree before you get to the Lava Zone. They are much too large to fit anywhere and really drives home the horrible knowledge that all the Ghost Leviathan you see are actually extremly young despite their size.

Awwww... I really wanted a pet Ghost Leviathan. In any event, thank you for the answers! I was really paranoid about entering the tank again.
