Leviathan Class Creature? [SPOILERS]
So recently sense I completed the game I put ion batteries in my cyclops and have been exploring everything. After making a trip down to the lava zone I decided to come out a different route, this route leads directly from the lava zone to the kush zone with a reaper and ghost leviathan guarding it. But I found something different, I found a leviathan reaper AND the story leviathan (because the lava zone leviathan has hands well this one has claws). So I just thought it was weird and moved on. A little later I found a new place for my base and I found that there is ANOTHER one, same type. This one is located in the underwater floating island biome.

Someone told me this could be a glitch, that the sea dragon (AKA the lava zone leviathan) could of use a "funnel" to get to the surface from the lave zone. But the weird part is that I went back the the lava zone to check and found that it was still there, so I was thinking... Is it possible these are the baby leviathan class creatures I released for enzyme 42?

Any information is appreciated!

Well, if it's not a sea dragon, then it's a Juvenile Sea Emperor.

If you activated the gate in the enclosure, the juveniles left and spread around the map

Probably. Do they look like their mother?

But do they grow up? Also I thought they just disappear after you do that...

Yep.

They do grow up over a few days, though never to the size of their mother.

They don't grow up as far as I know, but it seems like it would take a long time. The one adult was over 1,000 years old.

I'll try to get a screen shot of both of them after I come back from school today, they seem to be as big as the mother to me.

After about an ingame week they'll be the size of a reaper leviathan
