Dunes sinkhole

Is this the area that was covered up with the meteor crater and sanctuary or somewhere else, as the wiki claims there's another cuddlefish egg there.

There's about three large holes in the ground in the dunes. Look for ones of the ones with thermal vents.

And a reaper swimming about over it.

It's next to the mushroom forest, about 600m south from the giant mushroom tree. There's 4 of 5 vents, a bunch of caves (if you're out to scan all creatures there are rockgrubs there - tiny glowing bugs there that are really rare) and the cuddlefish egg will be in the middle of all the thermal vents next to a glowing coral. Yes, there is a reaper circling above but if you stay close to the ground he won't bother you. Might be a nice place for a base...cozy and a guardian reaper :p

Sure does, hard to miss too; it's the only illuminated thing in the center of the vents :D

Yep. 4 total as far as I know.Degassi Base, Dunes Dinkhole, Giant Mushroom Tree and Lost River Laboratory.
