Subnautica Won't Launch, In Need Of Assistance

I recently bought Subnautica Friday, and when I tried to open it, the launch shut down almost immediately. It says it's running for about two seconds, then stops, without any crash prompts. I don't know if it has something to do with my computer, or just the game in general. Now, my windows 7 computer meets all the minimum requirements and is up to date on it's updates, which should allow it to at least open. I have viewed the troubleshooting forum for this game, and tried every option I could get my hands on. I restarted and turned my computer on and off countless times, i uninstalled and reinstalled the game twice, verified the files multiple times (all saying that all the required files are there), edited my audio options, etc. But it still wont open.

Are there any specific programs that would clash with the game the i need to be aware of? Or any other helpful information?

This game is beautifully done from what I have seen and I desperatly want to play it, and I know it was just recently released, which could also be part of the problem... but I would like to know if this is a issue that had to do with the game, or my computer and what I can do about it!
