achievements are bugged at the moment, sometimes loading back in solves the issue, but let the devs figure out whats going on

All achievs except the final 2 should be working.

I'm aware. I'm asking if the issue is due to console lock or not.
A lot of people say that after using the console the achievs wouldn't unlock until they restarted the game then they got unlocked retroactively.
