Food: fish re-spawn you won’t run out
Water: there’s plenty of salt for making disinfected water until you find a machine that makes it from ocean water (and you’ll never run out of that)
Power: most of the sources for power use renewable sources.
Batteries & power cells eventually can be recharged so you won’t always need to craft new ones endlessly.
You should have plenty of other resources to build a very good sized base! May take a while to get all the resources needed but it can be done!
I think you could in fact play almost endlessly on one save.
