JackSepticEye Septic Sam not in Full Release

My internet keeps freezing and starting my message over so I'll keep it short. Got septic eye sam tank way back when through the code Jack released. Built him in early access. Few years later, playing the full release now and he's not anywhere. Not in blueprinnts or builder tool menu, yes I've checked everywhere multiple times. Started a game in creative and still not there. He's still in my Steam Subnautica inventory but he's not in the game. Before you ask, yes I've verified game files, and I've tried redeeming the code again (it just freezes and never redeems). Can't figure out how to email devs so I have no choice but to go here, there's no help online. Any solutions or how to contact devs?

I have it, but I had to use a code (under option in the main menu) to turn it on

Try add
SMHB-VC57-V748-8EGU-1EO
to the option on the main menu

No I don’t think the code will work if you already have it (in your steam inventory already). For some reason it’s just not showing up in game.

Yeah I've tried the code, I'll try it again but I doubt it'll work... yeah it still doesn't work, but I'll let it sit for a while, maybe it just takes a while to redeem.

New update, I tried typing in random letters to see if the redeem option itsn't working, and it gets stuck again, so there also might be something wrong with my redeem option.

i think it's broke. i've tried a few times and always comes back invalid.

it worked as of 2 weeks ago (that’s when I redeemed it). It did take a couple tries however!

Okay... well I started the game again today, literally have no idea what happened it just seemed like Steam updated but now Jack's tank is in the game, and suddenly all my achievements unlocked. I literally did nothing, I think my game might not have been syncing with Steam correctly but now it works. Thanks for the help though!
