Can't build vehicle upgrade console in moonpool

Literally, i can't, i went back and forth through my moonpool for a full minute, and it hasn't turned green yet.

There are only certain spots you can build it. Just throwing that out there to make sure this isn’t the issue.

You dont have hull reinforcements installed on the moonpool do you?

Have you tried building it from the outside? Sometimes this has worked for me when it was being difficult.

The vehicle upgrade console is built into the wall if the moonpool and there are only six places where it can go. Make sure your cursor is pointed at the wall and that you don't have any windows or reinforcements in the way.

No, you can use it there. Build it and see for yourself. It will be useable.

Should be some space in between it and the wall allowing you to interact with the consol (unless something else is going on, screen shot might be helpful here)

I know this is old, but for anyone else that comes across this...
I had this happen, and it turned out that i had started adding a window, but didnt finish it, and some how that was stopping it. so check for incomplete additions to the moonpool

For future me who forgets the answer and comes back to this thread: You can't build it if there are any incomplete builds attached to the moonpool. This includes solar panels, windows, hatches, ect. Hope this helps anyone who finds this <3
