I found my PRAWN suit grappling arm in the S.T. path wreck I believe (might have been one of the Grand Reef wrecks though)
And yes you should have marked it with a beacon! But it’s there and pretty easy to find I think once you find the floating islands. Maybe try heading to Lifepod 3 then proceeding almost due North!
The Wreck is at the upper middle part of the Floating Islands.
Edit: Gel sacks are safe to cut open. Acid shrooms and (probably) deep shrooms will do a wee bit of damage to you when you cut them open for the spores to plant. Keep a med-kit handy.
I’ve heard, but never tried, if you pick the shrooms then plant them in a growbed you can then cut/harvest the spores without getting hurt.
Hit em twice with the knife, then pick it up. Plant all 3, repeat.
Yea this works fine. Works with gelsacks and both types of shrooms. Just bring one home and plant them again, each shroom produces 4 seeds.
And it's safer than the OTHER Blood Kelp biome with crabsquids and a ghost leviathan.
1. Are there more then two entrances to the ST Path wreck? I didn't find any arm fragments there!
2. Is it weird that I have never seen any Sea Treaders on the ST path, just Warpers?
3. Can I get to the Wreck in the Blood Kelp Trench with the Cyclops?
1. I don't remember, but the arm fragments may only RANDOMLY spawn there. However, it's likely you just missed a cleverly concealed passageway into another part of the wreck. To be 100% sure, build a scanner room next to it and scan for prawn fragments.
2. No. The STs walk both ways, and sometimes when two herds collide, they get stuck trying to push past each other. If you're lucky, they'll eventually manage it. If you're not, they'll just be stuck there forever, pooping and kicking up shalestone outcrops in one convenient location.
3. Yes. You just have to position yourself directly over the crevasse and rotate the Cyclops to fit, then just go straight down.
