Rocket won't launch
So, after waiting for a patch now i can't even launch my damn rocket to get the last 2 achievements i need to get. Seems like i would need to build a new rocket but i don't feel like thats worth the time it takes to do so.

OH WELL GUESS I BETTER WAIT ANOTHER MONTH AND A HALF.

What happens if you try? Are you sure you flipped all the required switches? I've just booted up an old save just before getting on the rocket and taking off and it worked fine.

A few of the switches were already flipped, i flipped the last 2 and it wouldn't allow me to launch the rocket.

"Rocket Not Ready" Thats what it says when i attempt to click on the seat, of course i flipped all the switches... Otherwise i wouldn't be complaining about this. It's incredibly annoying.

Way too much effort, i have already used way too many resources for this bullcrap, i don't want to go back into the lava zone just to collect more Kyanite and craft a ton more Plasteel ingots...

Perhaps you could use console commands to trigger the launch or to spawn a new rocket. I've not used the console myself but it could possibly do the trick.

And that i would imagine is considered cheating. And i imagine if you cheat, you won't get any achievements. Yeah i'd rather not risk compromising my save file

You can use console all you want, it has 0 effect on "achivements".

I dunno, have you tested it with the rocket then?

And as i stated before, i can't be bothered. I don't want to grind the materials when the rocket should have been launchable in the first place.

Might be easy to miss this. Did you do all three parts of the time capsule? Picture, message, item(s)

If you left your rocket ready to launch (all systems on/green, time capsule checked) you are ♥♥♥♥♥♥. If you haven't touch the systems you probably will be able to launch it.

Yeah i realized. Apparently the devs didn't account for the possibility that SOMEBODY may have left their rocket ready to launch for the achievement fix.

My guess is that they just couldn't fix it otherwise. In that case a word of forenotice for players would be great, so they could prepare for this by building new rocket/gather materials.
