Just went out to The Aurora and cant get on/in.
Built a Cyclops.
Have a two layer base with scanning room w multiple cameras.
LAst log was something about lifepod 5 or 7..out by the Aurora.
HAve all the blueprint for the upgrades to the weapons and sea moth/cyclops.
Havent built the Exo-suit thing Prawn-thing yet?

I have a MK3 depth mod w missles on the seamoth. Nothing done for the cyclops.
still trying to figure out how the d*** power keeps draining. (Im shutting off the engines?)

On Day 81 (in game)
Last data tranmission was about caves w heat signitures below.

Please tell me what to do next.
I love the story and would like to finish the game.

Do I keep building self-sustainable bases as I go?
Is that a waste of time?

(I feel I should upgrade the cyclops. I seen the reaper out by the Aurora once)

Just upgraded. Where do I go exactly?

Head to the front part of the ship (the one wich exploded). There, climb onto the Aurora and just look for doors wich are blocked by debris. You can use the propulsion cannon to remove the tables, crates and whatever is on your way to enter. From there you can start exploring normally. The ship has many signs indicating wich room is wich, but if you have trouble just look up on the internet.

I use a specific route to go into the Aurora, I've never had to deal with a reaper once while using it, but I can't make any promises about that. First, from Lifepod 5, head straight to Mountain Island (the one wich has the alien gun). Then, simply go straight to the exploded section of the Aurora, and stick to the surface. Don't stop and never go deeper, especially if you're in the Crash Zone. If you get attacked by a reaper, do not try to swim into other biomes - they'll just chase you and stay wherever you left them. Just freeze them with the stasis rifle, that'll give you more than enough time to flee. You don't need to upgrade anything to deal with reapers, and you don't need to take your cyclops either. In fact, the cyclops will only cause more trouble - bring only a seamoth.
GOOD TIPS!

Yeah cleared the Aurora and grabbed all the data logs ffrom the doors I unlocked.

Got the Prawn suit.

Still dont have the option to make it yet?
(Is that thing made aboard the Cyclops)?

I got a Nuclear reactor made 3 rods, made more Solar panels.
Looking for some rubies to upgrade my ship.
I have 4 range extender mods in the scanner. I should probably substitute one for a quicker scan mod?
I am upgrading the cyclops, but dont know where the rubies or Nickel deposits are located?
The Prawn is a game-changer, so head toward getting one built asap. It also comes in handy for fighting off (and even killing) some of the Leviathans.

The only time a Reaper got hold of me throughout the entire game was when I was scouting deep (with my Moth) around the a-s-s-end of the Aurora. I heard it coming and decided to wait to see what it would do to me. :steammocking: After that, I just avoided them or launched decoys and never got grabbed by one again.

PS: I believe the Prawn is created by using the Mobile Vehicle Bay.
