I cant find the Alien thermal plant

so i know the alien thermal plant is supposed to be at roughly -75 -1100 in the lost river inactive lava zone My base is at the massive tree with the purple lights and so when i go down the blue water waterfall into the lava corridor, and once i finnally get to the main area with my prawn i eand up searching for hours and yet i still can find it. am i at the wrong lava zone. please help

Yes, I know, but I cant find the lava castle. Isnt the lava castle inside the lava zone

It is where you meet the Sea Dragon for the 1st time and it is guarding the entrance .

All of these replys arnt really complete answers. I need step by step instructions not a list of where its not located.

Or you can use the wikia , i just went along the lava river till i found that one huge mountain .

If I recall correct, the entrance is like a cave on the side of a "mountain", not at the "floor".
Once inside that cave, you need to follow a spiraling "bridge" that leads to a new opening.
There you have the Alien Thermal Plant.

Sad they used to give a beacon for that place. All I remember is seeing smokestacks on the top of the castle and a sea dragon nearby.

Please elaborate. My currecnt base (where im at) is at the massive tree with the purple lights. I have been entering through the corridor West - Northwest of there. Is this the entrence point or do I need to go in a diffrent way.
