I'd honestly just look through them all and see which mods appeal to you.

You basically just download this mod first: https://www.nexusmods.com/subnautica/mods/16
And you install it like as an exe. Just point it to your Subnautica install folder.
And remember that any time that the game updates, you only need to re-run the setup exe to get mods working again.
Once QModManager is installed, you just download the other mods as zip or rar files.
Just make sure all the main folders for the mods you download end up in the QMod folder.
