Erm, i dont know which direction from the lifepod the gun island or the degassi island is.

I need to get to either one so i can get plasteel to get the P.R.A.W.N suit. (i'm past the point where it shows the direction to the gun island.)

the gun island is directly west from the Auroras nose, and the floater island in south west on the of the rear of the Aurora, if you stand on your pod and look west of the Aurora's nose you will see a cloud formation that seems to sit on the surface, head towards that.
not sure if still works, but hold your PDA up untill you see this.

that white blob is the cloud covering the island.
but lithium is also in easier to go places, theres a small cliff next to the Aurora where the mushroom forest is, and theres tons on loose lithium and shale chunks.

If you need lithium, once you get the prawn suit and drill arm, go to the shroom forest and I tell you, there are TONS of drillable lithium deposits. And even if you don't have the prawn, there's still some that you don't need the drill arm for.

I've only ever gone into the plains, the mountain island, the kelp forest, and the safe shallows... Im too much of a ♥♥♥♥♥ to try going anywhere else.
Also the aurora.

Don't worry, the Mushroom forest is safe. Just don't wander into the blood kelp and from what I remember there are a few bonesharks but if you leave them alone, they should too.
Also, I'm not talking about the Shroom forest near the Aurora. I forgot which direction tho.
